ABOUT THE LOFT MIRABELLA - We are located on the 2nd floor of Mirabella Plaza. The space is accessible by elevator and stairs. In the event the elevator in unavailable the day of your event, the space will only be accessible by stair only and not deemed handicap accessible. Please let your vendors and guest know about the stairs.

BEVERAGES & FOOD - Outside beverage and food are permitted. We do not permit alcohol for purchase on the premises of The Mirabella Loft. Client is responsible for food, beverages, plates, silverware, cups, ice, straws, napkins & linen. No cooking allowed on site. Chafing dishes with sternos are permitted for warming food. Client is responsible for plates, cups, and trash during the event.

BAR SERVICES - The Mirabella Loft Bartender is REQUIRED for all events serving alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, champagne, liquor, etc.).  No exceptions. Bartender services includes: shakers, wine/beer openers, juice pitchers, ice bowl + scoops and buckers. All alcoholic favors and Bring-Your-Own-Bottle(s) (BYOB) must be left at the bar for the bartender to serve. For the safety of our staff and your guest, The Mirabella Loft bartenders have the right to refuse service to guest considered “over intoxicated”. Bartender fee is $85.

CANCELLATION - Events cancelled MORE than 30 days from event date, 50% of the deposit ONLY is refundable. Other monies are NON refundable. Events cancelled LESS than 30 days from event date, deposit + other monies paid are NON refundable. Events may be postponed ONE TIME with transferrable deposit. The event must take place within 60 days of original event date. 

DECOR - Outside decor vendors are welcome. No taping or tacking to walls,  animals of any kind or tapered candles/exposed flames are permitted. Weighted balloons are permitted. All decor must be approved by management BEFORE event date and removed at close of event. 

DEPOSIT + PAYMENTS - $300 Non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of signing contract. Event dates are placed on a courtesy hold for 24 hours, pending deposit. If no deposit is received, the event date will be placed back on availability status without notice. The deposit is applied towards final balance. Final balance is due 10 days prior to event date. If balance is not paid in full, the event will be cancelled. Credit/debit cards, money order and checks accepted. Make checks payable to The Mirabella Loft. No checks accepted less than 10 days from event date. $50 return check fee. If booking takes place within less than 15 days of event date, the rental fee must be paid in full at time of booking. > Deposit is non-refundable. In the event you need to reschedule event, deposit can be credited for future event. Rescheduled event must take place within 6 months of original booking or deposit will be forfeited.

LIABILITY - The Mirabella Loft is not liable for and cannot assume responsibility for damage or loss of property in reserved areas and outside the venue prior to, during , or following your event. We appreciate the premises being restored to the original condition following conclusion of your event. In the event, that any property of The Mirabella Loft is damaged by the client, their guest, their vendors or any person admitted to the space reserved by the client, the client will reimburse The Mirabella Loft for all damages or unusual cleanup fees. Client assumes all liability for food served on The Mirabella Loft premises or transported from premises by client and/or guest. The Mirabella Loft is not liable in the event guests become ill due to food or drink consumption. 

MUSIC - DJs and live bands are welcome. They must provide their own speakers and equipment. Outside vendors can not plug into our in house system. Music ends at close of "event time". The Mirabella Loft house system is complimentary for client iPod or computer playlist only (sound levels are restricted). 

PARKING - Parking is available in the Mirabella Plaza open parking lot and along the side street.

POLICIES - For the safety of our staff, clients, and guests; policies and procedures are subject to change at management’s discretion. 

PUBLIC EVENTS - The Mirabella Loft is a PRIVATE event space. No pay at the door events. Events that violate this policy will be cancelled. 501c3 organization events are permitted for fundraising purposes only. 501c3 paperwork must be presented at time of booking.     

MARKETING - Use of The Mirabella Loft brand for marketing purposes must be approved by management BEFORE public distribution. The Mirabella Loft has the right to deny any materials deemed inappropriate. 

SECURITY - Events over 60 guest require security ($85). 

SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside The Mirabella Loft. No Exceptions.

CELEBRATING - Having fun and celebrating life are mandatory at The Mirabella Loft! Tell your guest to leave the drama at home and only bring the GOOD VIBES with the them!
